We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use researchmanagr for your personal research management during any period in which your account is in good standing.
Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into researchmanagr — projects, milestones, briefings, uploaded documents, and derived outputs. We do not claim any rights to your research content.
Acceptable use
You may not use researchmanagr to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Abuse AI processing features (e.g., uploading adversarial payloads to exhaust compute).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data programmatically beyond intended use.
AI output disclaimer
AI-powered features (briefings, focus, ranking) generate suggestions based on your uploaded documents. These outputs are not official advice and should not be relied upon for grant applications, funding decisions, or any regulated purpose. Always review and verify AI-generated content before using it.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of researchmanagr at any time. We will notify you of material changes where practicable.
Limitation of liability
researchmanagr is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, W Labs Code disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or AI-generated content inaccuracies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
